She is a highly regarded motivational author, and the founder of Hay House, a you_can_heal_your_life_dvdpublishing company and Hayhouse online an Internet extension of her philosophies. She is the  author of several best selling self-help books, and is best known for her 1984 book, You Can Heal Your Life.

In this video she discusses negative thinking and how we can overcome our critical thoughts in order to love ourselves more and achieve greater happiness in our lives.
