All can interfere with our dreams.

Pick myself up and start all over again.
Again.
I do not want to beat myself up. I am tired of feeling badly.
So just for today here are some of the tools I am going to use to be successful with the Body 4 Life program:
- plan my food for the day
- pick up the phone and ask for help
- journal my feelings
- get on my knees and ask for help
- go for a walk
- read
OK that’s it just for today, lets try this “one day at a time“.

Im a ‘two steps forward one step back’ person when it comes to health and weight. I have always been that way. One day at a time is a good reminder. I have often said things like “wow, that important event is coming up next month, I have 47 days to lose 61 pounds” till it goes to “I have 12 days to lose 56 pounds” Quite defeating.
