Since I started writing on this blog a year ago, things have shifted all over the place for me. My dreams have gone from simply being a private chef at luxury vacation villas to providing food on private jets, filming cooking videos for E-how/Rachael Ray, and now, teaching culinary arts to challenged teens so they can learn freedom through food and cooking.
My year spent dreaming with 8 Women Dream has come to an end and I want you to know that this year spent dreaming dangerously with food and you has changed me in such a positive way. I have so much to be thankful for. I am in such a different place than I was a year ago when I started this dream adventure.
I will now be moving on to finish my cookbook/memoir so I can share it with you.
So you can see that I won’t be far from these fellow dreamers (and you) that I’ve come to know and love.
Moving forward, you can catch up with me on my Real Maria blog where I discuss food, cooking and my life as a chef. Hopefully, this will help you live your food and cooking dreams too, whether your dream is to be a celebrity chef, or to just want to have a more intimate with food and cooking.
I am grateful for the time I’ve spent with my fellow dreamers and I am blessed to know each of them. You have been an inspiration to me in so many ways.
I am most thankful to Catherine Hughes who has worked hard with me on being a better blog writer, for working around my schedule and for having my back on this site.
It’s time for me to write my own story, in my own words and I hope you will join me. I love every one of you who have been a supportive follower.
Until we meet again, I wish that every dream you have will become reality. Go out there and spend a year dreaming dangerously and see where you end up at the end of 2014. I think you will be amazed at the results.
With love and bon appetit,
Here’s a final recipe for you –
