Hooray for change and progress, Danelle! Sounds like you are doing great. I am also working on having more productive mornings and getting up early... Did so today and it felt great. :)

As for #4 on your list I always recommend meditation - it is the only thing that has really worked for me to help in that department. That and affirmations. And reading spiritual books. Really, anything that helps me stop spinning in worry thoughts and choose more positive thoughts... Meditation really has been the big one for me however.

Oh, also laughing at myself ;) That tends to stop the stream of worried anxious thoughts sometimes!

p.s. this cracked me up: "And, just which of my suits would look best with flip-flops?" :)

Hope your toes heal soon and that you enjoy your riding lesson!

Hugs,

I have always been confident that your dream will come true because diligently each week you show up on this blog and post an action (or non-action) with regards to where you are with your dream.

You are always focused on the goal. Every week, week in and week out, working through your obstacles and attempting to move forward.

Congratulations! - Cath

Danelle - I think you hit it right on...change and progress can be related...A phrase we used to use at the consulting firm was "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result."

To remain sane, you must change when things aren't working. Change is good. It can be unknown but it's still good, if what you are currently doing isn't giving you what you want.

I'm encouraged and inspired by your willingness to just keep at it. If you need to talk or just wanna yell, gimme a call. I'm good for those kinds of things! :)
