Entrepreneurial Harvard Grad Challenges Women to Lead Extraordinary Lives

On Monday, March 5th, the 100-Day Extraordinary Women Challenge ( launches at 8 p.m. EST. Women from around the world have signed up to take the challenge!

Some will be working on launching a business during the challenge. Some will be making big shifts in their health habits. Some are just seeking more inner peace. Creator Lisa Powell Graham of Miracles Unlimited, Inc. designed the program to accommodate a range of goals and dreams, according to the needs of the women participating.

The 100-Day Extraordinary Woman Challenge is structured around 15 group-coaching calls with a number of expert guest speakers, offering tips on health and happiness, wellness and fitness, finances and more. Participants will also receive 100 daily inspirational emails, and be provided with numerous resources and tools to help them live their most extraordinary lives.

Guest speakers include Master Certified Money Coach Meadow DeVor, featured on Oprah; rising culinary star and best-selling cookbook author Lindsay Shay Nixon a.k.a. the Happy Herbivore; holistic health coach and yogini Raya Ioffe of RayaWellness; fitness expert Jeannine Trimboli of Real [Fit] Life; Bliss Goddess and author of Girlavanting, Teri Williams of The Bliss Network; and internationally respected teacher and “Happiness Guru” Nithya Shanti.

The women participating are challenged to take on one “100-Day Win” to make significant progress on a dream that is a heart’s desire or to have 3 mini “30-Day Wins” and shift a habit or move towards a goal in each 30-day period.

Ms. Graham says, “I have been fortunate to live so many of my dreams, and I am committed to helping other women lead fulfilled, inspired lives. This challenge is designed as a way to help other women take action on dreams they may have been postponing, and as a reminder for them to take extraordinary care of themselves!”

Ms. Graham has traveled extensively around the world; danced professionally; earned her MPA at Harvard; planned events for Hillary Clinton; and done strategic planning for performance management for the City and County of San Francisco. Ms. Graham’s background is in strategic planning and marketing communications. She is also a public speaker, author, and blogger for the popular inspirational Website 8womendream.

Ms. Graham began teaching workshops on “Creating Your Happiest Year Yet” in 2010. In 2011, she taught in India with her spiritual teacher, Nithya Shanti. She recently completed life coach training with Martha Beck, best-selling author and co-producer of Oprah’s “Live Your Best Life” show. She is currently completing her first book, telling her own “phoenix rising” story and sharing spiritual tips and inspirations.
