While everyone is off enjoying the holidays with family, this week’s inspirational video is a reminder to take a meditative moment before you set your list of intended goals for 2010.
It features Nature Whispers: Amazon Rainforest by various artists.
The following video is 26 minutes, so for those of you having trouble staying in meditation for 20 minutes, this video can help time your daily meditation practice.
Just start the video, close your eyes and let the music guide you.
Enjoy! The video starts at about 9 seconds in so be patient …
This video can also help you find a moment of calm in the middle of the day, or just before you drift off to sleep at night.

This week’s inspirational blog for our Inspirational Blog Award was nominated by Remy of 8 Women Dream.
Our Inspirational Blog Award goes to the Smarter Small Business Blog by Shallie Bey. Mr Bey is a business coach who specializes in working with small business owners.
Remy writes, “This man is someone I’ve known for many years. I first met him when he became a Certified E-myth Consultant in the 90s. He is one of the most intelligent business men I’ve ever met. He is working on something now for Baby Boomer Entrepreneurs to help them find their next career / life calling.
Mr Bey has always inspired me to reach for goals outside my comfort zone. He helps his clients align their lives with what they love to do, which can be really hard sometimes when you are faced with tough decisions and an uncertain future. He is caring and thoughtful and never assumptive, and has an incredible inviting laugh. I am blessed to have him as a mentor.”
One of the quotes on his blog that I was personally drawn to is there are no excuses for not attaining your life goals and no certain age for when a person should begin to leave a mark in the world.
2010 will be the year I turn 50. Sounds like great advise to me.
Shallie Bey, 8 Women Dream salutes you this week.
Catherine
