I know there are limited hours in your day, just like mine, and each of these blogs offers something different I can use in my fitness dream. Motivation, fitness advice, food choices and humor.
Fitness advice comes in many packages
When I started my search for fitness advice as part of my own dream health journey, I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of information available. Weight lifting, dieting, dancing, bootcamp, running. Tons of advice on what to do to get in the best shape possible. Some of it too intense for beginners, and much of it short on safe, actionable information.

The go to site for details on workout tips, making healthy choices, and getting fit in your own way. Greatist covers new ides in fitness, cooking, workouts – all with the backup of scientific studies. Articles are reviewed by multiple experts, but that doesn’t stop their content from being easy to read and easy to try.
Carla Birnberg’s newly revamped site focuses on lifting the veil of her persona of Miz Fit Online, her fitness and health blog that she has been writing since 2007.
If you are up for frank discussions on getting healthy, fitness tips and advice, along with a spark of insanity, this is the place. Carla’s view point can be funny, heartbreaking and real. Which is why I appreciate it.
Two friends, Jenn and Erin, met while working for a magazine publishing company and became fast friends. When they moved states away from each other they combined their love of fitness and writing. Their approach to fitness everyday, in everything you do, makes this site a great stop for beginners to stay motivated. The Fit Bottomed Girls mission:
It’s not always easy to get motivated to get healthy, but the FBGs believe that the key to success is a healthy balance of both good food and good activity. They bring their humor and energy to the masses to inspire women (and men!) to make working out fun, not a dreaded punishment. They believe that fitness should be accessible and attainable for everybody, which is why they want to share their perspectives.

Finding the right fitness advice is key to getting healthy. Keeping motivated is key and the first step is to get started.
