Pick ONE Thing

I can hear the to-do lists starting, apps whirring to life, and the shiny new ideas jumping at the chance to get started.

This challenge is about accomplishing something in our dream. The key there is to actually finish it.

Pick one thing.

Here’s an example for you, disguised as my really short status update for the month of June. I really wanted to have my jewelry site up and running, fully ready to take orders by tomorrow. There is a huge checklist of things that need to be done to make that “finished”. If I focused on one thing – like the design – I could have that completed. Don’t let yourself get lost in the details.

Let yourself focus, keep it simple, and make it YOUR dream priority to see it come to reality.

In case I didn’t mention it… pick one thing.

Heather’s dream is to share with the world her success at becoming healthy after age 40. Heather lost over 88 pounds through changing her diet and incorporating exercise into her busy life. She would like to take what she has learned about becoming fit after 40, and using her Metabolic Training Certification to help others struggling with weight issues mid-life.
